This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
This super-deformed-style version of the legendary Tiger I tank includes decals for turret #131 of the 504th Heavy Tank Battalion as captured in Tunisia, and currently able to be seen in The Tank Museum in the UK (it’s been restored to working condition)! A pair of nippers is also included, as are foil stickers. It’s molded in color so painting is not necessary (although as with just about any kit, some paint will make it look even better).
