Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
It is a self-propelled artillery gun with a large caliber gun that utilizes the body of the Centurion.
The FV4004 with a 120mm gun was developed first to counter the heavy tanks represented by the Soviet Union’s JS-3.
It was mounted in a large, limited-swing turret.
The vehicle equipped with the newly developed L4 183mm gun was developed as the FV4005.
The gun was mounted in a limited-swing turret and equipped with a mechanical loading system.
One prototype vehicle was built for various tests and is currently on display at Bovington.
