Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
From the manufacturer:
At the beginning of the war, self-propelled guns were mainly used to support infantry and tank attacks. In the second part of the war, many tank regiments used them instead of tanks. Their high mobility, reliability and low profile allowed the assault guns to destory enemy tanks and troops at large. Self-propelled guns remained deployed by the Wehrmacht for the entire duration of the war. In September 1941, the production of the Ausf.E assault gun model was launched. Its main exterior difference was the elongated left armored box and an additional armored box on the right side of the vehicle. A total of 284 units of this assault gun model were made.
