This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The Stridsvagn L-60 was a Swedish light tank produced in 1934, and later upgraded to Stridsvagn m/38, m/40K and m/40L versions. These tanks started service in the Swedish Army in 1939. The famous Hungarian light tank Toldi was based on a largely modified, licensed Stirdsvagn m/38. Stridsvagn tanks were also sold to Ireland (2), and after World War II, to the Dominican Republic (20), where the m/40L version served in the Dominican Civil War of 1965.
