Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The Polish TKS-D self-propelled gun was an experimental vehicle developed in the 1930s, based on the TKS tankette and designed as a tank destroyer.
It was intended primarily to support cavalry brigades and was equipped with a 47mm wz. 25 Pocisk infantry gun.
Only two prototypes were built, and they saw limited combat during the 1939 invasion of Poland.
However, due to its open-top design and poor protection, the vehicle never entered mass production.
Its anti-tank capabilities were also insufficient, making it unsuitable for full-scale deployment.
Includes a booklet on the actual vehicle and the Polish campaign (in Polish/English). Even if you can’t read it, you can enjoy the many included photos.
