The M911 is a high-performance, low-cost tractor adopted by the U.S. Army in the 1970s to replace the M76 HET. The M911 is called the C-HET (Commercial Heavy Equipment Transporter) because it is low-cost and highly productive, thanks to the addition of a winch behind the cabin of a commercial F2365 truck.
