The Tigr (Tigr-M) is a series of unarmored and lightly armored all-terrain military vehicles produced by Russian manufacturer GAZ.
The ASN 233115 Tigr-M SpN was unveiled in 2018 at the Army Defense Show in Kubinka. Based on combat experience in Syria, this upgraded version features enhanced armor and weaponry. The “Kornet-D” variant, developed from the Tigr-M, is equipped with two launchers, each holding four 9M133M Kornet-EM anti-tank guided missiles (total of eight missiles).
While on the move, the launchers are stowed inside the vehicle and are deployed through hatches on the roof when ready to fire.
This kit features newly tooled parts to accurately depict the Kornet-D system. It includes soft resin tires and three marking options (two Russian and one Algerian). The model can be built in either transport mode or with the missile launchers deployed.
