This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
A sleek little model of the German G39 torpedo boat type, which saw extensive action in World War One. Rather large for a “torpedo boat,” these ships were nearly the size of destroyers. Germany built the G37 through the G42 in this class, but it was the G39 that really shone at Jutland. They were armed with three 8.8cm guns, two 50cm single torpedo tubes and two 50cm multiple torpedo tubes. They were 79.5m long.
