This is a photo-etched detail parts set for detailing AFV kits.

This etching parts set allows you to reproduce sharply the slings (carrying straps) of small arms used by the U.S. Army in WWII.

Three slings are provided for each of the three types of guns used by the infantry: the M1 Garland rifle, the Browning M1918 automatic rifle (BAR), and the M1A1 Thompson short machine gun, for a total of nine slings.

The slings are made of etched parts so they are thin, sharp and can be bent into natural shapes, and the buckles and other parts are also separately made to reproduce the same structure as the real guns.
