Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Although the T-70 was clearly obsolete from the start of the war and failed to make the grade in the three areas that define good tank design (firepower, protection, and mobility), some 8,226 vehicles were produced by October, 1943, and the T-70 remained in service until 1948. Not bad for an obsolete tank! The T-70 served with the Russian, Polish, and Czechoslovakian armies.
MiniArt’s T-70 M kit is sharply molded in flash-free light gray styrene. Details are crisp, and from all accounts the kit features superb fit and is quite easy to build. Tracks are non-workable injection-molded indy links. Includes clear parts for the light and periscopes plus markings for two vehicles. Also includes 45 photo-etched metal detail parts.
