This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

Designed to operate over terrain impassable by normal tanks and to withstand the blast of a nuclear explosion, the unique Soviet Object 279 featured four sets of tracks and a UFO-shaped main hull. Thick armor and a potent 130mm main gun would have made it a formidable opponent on the battlefield. The project was cancelled due to the Soviet military’s decision to develop lighter and faster armored vehicles.
