The Leopard 2 A-RC 3.0 is a vehicle that KNDS (KMW + Nexter Defense Systems) has modified from the Leopard 2. It has been upgraded to resist weapons that are difficult to handle with conventional equipment, such as anti-tank missiles and the T-14 Armata. It’s equipped with a 120mm smoothbore gun (L55 or L44) as standard, but it is designed to be compatible with 130mm and 140mm guns too. New equipment has also been added to the secondary armaments and defense.
