This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The GLCM (Ground Launched Cruising Missile) was a ground-attack missile deployed by the U.S. military in Europe during the latter half of the Cold War. All were abolished with the conclusion of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Abolition Treaty concluded between the United States and the Soviet Union in 1987. TEL (Transporter Erector Launcher) is a vehicle that can transport a ground-launches missile while it is loaded, and can launch the mounted missile as it is when launched.
