This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

Dragon has once again done what the Germans did over 60 years ago: They’ve taken their fine Panther medium tank and turned it into one of the best tank destroyer designs of WWII, the Jagdpanther (“Hunting Panther”). Dragon’s “Late Production” version of the Jagdpanther features parts from earlier Panther releases plus some newly tooled parts (such as the exhausts, gun recess and mantlet, suspensions bits, and more) to accurately re-create the tank destroyer. Tracks are provided as “Magic Track” injection-molded indy links with accurate guide horn detail. The barrel is a one-piece plastic part with a multi-piece plastic muzzle brake. The suspension can be assembled to follow uneven terrain. Includes a fret of photo-etched parts for the engine deck grills and other details. Decals by Cartograf to model 10 vehicles. This is a “Smart Kit,” designed by Dragon to offer the most detail with the least hassle. That means fewer parts, with extra detail being provided via the use of advanced slide-mold technology.
