This is a track kit for detailing tanks or other armored vehicles.
A set of workable plastic injection-molded individual link tracks for the AS90 SPG. Includes exploded-view pictorial-type instructions, with some notes in Chinese and English. Tank kit not included. No specific kit is indicated (probably for the Trumpeter kit, though), so modifications may be required to the sprockets of your particular kit for this set to fit.
