Description

This is an injection-plastic figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.

Gaius Marius carried out military reforms in the Roman Republic in the first century B.C.; these became known as the Marian Reforms, which changed the military service obligations of citizens to the volunteer system. Internal organizations were also reformed and evolved into a professional army that was standardized by the supply of weapons.

This model kit from Italeri brings us a set of 16 unpainted, unassembled Roman soldiers of the Marian Reform era. Each soldier wears armor known as Lorica Hamata, and a Monte Fortino-type helmet. A soldier blowing the buccina trumpet-like instrument is also included. Each figure comes with a base. Order yours today!
