The UPG-300-131 is a ZiL-131 3.5-ton 6×6-wheel-drive truck chassis equipped with an aircraft hydraulic test stand, and was used in many Eastern European countries, including Russia. It was developed at the Soviet Union’s Rehachov Memorial Factory in the 1960s. By the 1990s, more than one million units had been produced as the main transport truck of the Soviet Union Army, and even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, this vehicle was widely operated by the Russian Federation Army and former Eastern Bloc countries.
