This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
A 1/144 full-hull model of an LCM3 as used in the Normandy landings. About 10 cm in length, this model features well-molded parts with a good level of detail for the scale. No crew figures are included, and the several decal options provided for on the decal sheet are not accompanied by a placement guide in the instructions. Still, the box art is probably all the information you will need, and these boats were not exactly covered in specialized markings.
