This is a resin-cast field gun model kit.

The Thompson submachine gun was developed for the trench warfare of World War I, but was converted to a civilian type at the end of the war and sold to security agencies such as the American police and the private sector. This submachine gun, which was later improved and newly adopted by the U.S. military with the formal name M1928A1, is now available in 1/16-scale unpainted resin from Sol Model! This set contains a total of four foregrips with a vertical drum type magazine, and two foregrips with a horizontal box type magazine.
