This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The brave airborne troops are essentially a light infantry without heavy weapons. They will need a light tank to destroy machinguns and to overcome the rugged terrain. Russian developed the BMD airborne tanks which air droppable by parachute. BMD-1 has 73mm gun and a anti-tank missile, also can transport five passengers deployed from late 1960’s. Zvezda’s model is relatively easy to build kit and has good details. Road wheels are of the early type. Periscopes are provided with the transparent plastic. Tracks are of the soft plstic belt type. No figure included. Very fine kit for light tank fans.
