This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Though titled PzKpfw 35-H, this was originally a French tank, the Hotchkiss H-35. It was a mainstay of the French Tank Force of 1940, but was exhausted and battered in the face of the superior German Blitzkrieg. After the fall of France, Germany obtained captured tanks from Russia to France till the end of the war. This kit was originally tooled in the 1970’s, but nevertheless is detailed very well. Decals of German Army markings are provided, but the original two figures — from the French Army — are still included. Tracks are the rubber band type but they can be easily replaced with Modelkasten’s superb injection plastic, workable track link set (MDKSK-40). A length of brass chain for towing is provided, too.
