This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The BTR-80 8×8 Armored Personnel Carrier is designed to carry personnel on the battlefield and provide close fire support. It can also carry out reconnaissance, combat support, and patrol missions. It entered service with the Russian Army in the late 1980s and has since been used ina number of military conflicts, including UN peacekeeping operations. The vehicle is still in production and is in service with the Russian Army and a number of other countries.

This kit contains more than 520 parts molded in grey and clear plastic, and contains decals, soft plastic tires, and photo-etched parts. Completed model measures 218.8mm long and 80.7mm wide.
