The KrAZ-6446 tractor truck was developed in Ukraine by AvtoKraz, from the KrAZ-6322 6×6 heavy utility truck. It is a successor to the previous KrAZ-260V. The vehicle is designed to operate on all kinds of roads and is intended to haul semi-trailers. Its fifth-wheel permissible vertical load is 11.4t. It can to a semi-trailer with a maximum weight of 23t on all kinds of roads and up to 34t on hard surface roads.
This tractor truck is used to transport armored vehicles or heavy construction equipment. It is also used to haul semi-trailers with S-300PMU-1 air defense missiles.
This kit is molded primarily in brown and grey plastic and includes photo-etched parts, decals, and die-cut paint masks. Completed model measures 606.1mm long and 92mm wide.
