Trumpeter continues releasing great KV tank series kits with this monstrous Russian KV-2 as a “beutepanzer” (literally “trophy tank,” meaning a captured vehicle). Modified by the Germans with a Panzer III cupola and rear storage racks for additional 152mm main gun ammo and fuel cans, this version makes an interesting comparison piece to the original Russian version, particularly in its German standard three-tone camo.
