Launched in 1932, the BA-I armored vehicle consisted of an armored body installed on the chassis of a Ford-Timken automobile. This armored vehicle was equipped a 37-mm gun PS-1 and two 7.62mm DT machine guns. The armored vehicle could hold 3 crew members. A total of 90 machines were manufactured and saw action in Spain, Mongolia and Finland.
