Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The KV-I was a major challenge for German anti-tank and tank gun crews early in World War II. Its thick armor easily deflected the German 37mm and 50mm armor-piercing rounds, and its 76mm dual-purpose gun proved to be extremely dangerous. Here Trumpeter has depicted the 1942 model with a simplified turret. Tracks are flexible belts, devoid of detail on the inner side. Markings (with Russian slogans and colorful cartoons) are included for an indeterminate number of vehicles, but only one is featured in the decal placement instructions. A simple, easy-to-build kit of the KV-I.
