Description
This is a plastic military vehicle model.
The American medium tank, the M4 Sherman, is one of the masterpiece tanks that was active as the main battle tank of the Allied Ground Forces in World War II. It had many types of equipment, engines, suspensions, body and turret structures; the M4A3 is the type equipped with Ford’s liquid-cooled V-type eight-cylinder gasoline engine. With the reliability of Ford engines, it was highly evaluated by soldiers on the front lines. The M4A3 was made with a 75mm gun and a longer barrel with a 76.2mm gun; the 76.2mm gun was launched in March 1944. The hull adopts single-plate armor on the front, and a late-model hull equipped with wet ammunition storage is adopted. Deployment began on European battlefields in the fall of 1944, and when full-scale participation in the Battle of the Bulge began in winter, it was active as a main force until the end of the war.
This completed, painted model from Dragon reproduces the M4A3 Sherman’s 76.2mm gun-mounted type, the type using wet-type ammunition storage. It has the vertical spiral spring suspension, VVSS type. The upper part of the hull is carefully modeled to capture its unique shape; the in-vehicle tools are also highly detailed, as is the rear engine deck. The markings reproduce a vehicle that advanced to Germany in 1945 at the end of World War II. A display case is included. Place your order today!
