This is an injection-plastic figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.
Achaemenid Persia was a dynasty founded by nomadic Iranians between 550 B.C. and 330 B.C. that ruled the entire Orient.
The “Takabaras” were Achaemenid Persian light infantry during the Persian Wars, which broke out around 500 B.C. They fought with crescent-shaped shields to counter the close combat of Greek heavy infantry.
Two types of right hands are included in the kit, one holding a battle axe and the other holding a spear.
The right arm is selectable.
